Specific terms, including project scope, pricing, fees, payment schedules, timelines, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and deliverables, are established in individual written client agreements prior to the start of work.

Clients receive documented systems, implementation support, advisory services, and related deliverables as outlined in their written client agreement.

All services are delivered digitally, including but not limited to email communication, video calls, shared documents, and digital resources.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of work and are specified in each client agreement.

Because services are customized to each client’s needs, refunds are not generally provided once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the applicable client agreement.

Either party may cancel future services in accordance with the cancellation term
